4 Days - $940

“This is probably the best training I've attended based on the potential amount that I will use this information in the future.”

Oden – Portland, OR

Knowing the delineation process is only half of the game. This course provides knowledge necessary to proceed through the Corps permit process with a minimum of cost and delay. Progress from a basic understanding of what the federal laws, regulations, and policies require and how the judicial decisions have affected them to a familiarity with the jargon, definitions, nationwide and individual permits, mitigation policies, and the administrative appeals process. Develop a firm grasp on the role of each of the agencies involved and how to effectively deal with the regulatory process. Receive Federal Wetland Regulation Reference Manual with Updates, Nationwide Permits Complete 2007, and Lecture Notes. Class ends at 5:00 P.M. on the last day.

Instructors pool: R. Pierce, Dearing, and Collinson.
