Course Overview

Federal Wetland / Waters Regulatory Policy provides the knowledge that is necessary to proceed through the US Army Corps of Engineers permit process with minimum cost and delay. Progress from a basic understanding of what the federal laws, regulations, and policies require and how the judicial decisions have affected them to a familiarity with the jargon, definitions, nationwide and individual permits, mitigation policies, and the administrative appeals process. Develop a firm grasp on the role of each of the agencies involved and how to effectively deal with the regulatory process.  Note: This course contains all of the content from our Nationwide Permits course plus in-depth coverage of policy topics.

Can I have face to face interation with Instructor

Yes, if you choose the in-person course. No, if you opt for the online version. The online course is self paced. However, you are free to contact the instructor via our course discussion board, or if needed, the direct messaging system from the member’s area. We do offer this course in-person if you prefer.
